Hello and welcome to the Fleet Feet Running Ministry, a ministry of Salem First Friends Church. There are plans in the works to have weekly group runs, plus some of us runners like to compete (mostly against ourselves) in local 5k, 10k and any other distance we feel like running.

No I don’t expect you to run 33 plus hours, but who knows, you may want to. But I can guarantee one thing, if this doesn’t make you want to get out and hit the pavement or trails, nothing will.
